Due to the nature of solo and mobile veterinary house call practice, I can’t always be available to help in an emergency situation. I encourage you to text, email, or call with any concerns you have, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you find yourself in a situation where your pet needs urgent care, please contact:
Emailing, calling, and texting are the fastest ways to reach me. You can also leave a voicemail, and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy
Please give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When making an appointment, I will give you a half-hour window for my arrival. This flexibility makes it easier for me to squeeze in something urgent at the last minute. Please be sure to be home during our appointment time. If you’re not there when I arrive for your appointment, I’ll wait as long as possible for you before I have to leave (typically about 15 minutes). Missed appointments like this will be charged the full fees for the house call and expected service time.
